Why It’s More Effective Than Traditional Dressings

XWRAP® accelerates healing time and reduces the need for frequent dressing changes. Patients with chronic wounds often see progress within 1–2 weeks, compared to the weeks or months needed with standard treatments. Additionally, its structure supports tissue regeneration rather than simply covering the wound.

Clinical Data

XWRAP® is currently undergoing a randomized controlled trial for non-healing diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs), with 124 patients enrolled and completion expected in August 2025. Over 500 patients have already been treated in pre-market or observational studies. As of October 2024, XWRAP® is listed on the Medicare Average Sales Price (ASP) schedule.
